3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be detailed in the individual service agreement or project proposal. Typically, projects may require an upfront deposit, with subsequent payments linked to project milestones. All invoices are due as per the terms specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment for a completed project, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the custom design and code developed specifically for their website. Panthera Pixels retains the right to use project screenshots or descriptions for portfolio and marketing purposes. Any third-party software, modules, or stock assets used remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project, including business strategies, technical details, and client data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Panthera Pixels, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
